1. YOUR TICKET
1.1. The legal nature of the ticket is that of a ticket, in accordance with legislation currently in force.

1.2. There are two kinds of tickets for SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER in Madrid:

i) Ordinary ticket: Grants the right to access the concert area on Saturday the 19th of July, 2008 from 18:00 to 6:00 the next day.

ii) VIP Pass: Grants the right to access the concert area on Saturday the 19th of July, 2008 as well as grants a series of privileges outlined in point 2 of these conditions.

1.3. Once acquired, the ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded, all purchases being final, except in the case of cancellation or date changes on the part of SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER.

1.4. Admission, without affecting what is reflected in these conditions with regard to the right of admission, is contingent on having a complete ticket in appropriate conditions.

Tickets are equipped with different security measures to ensure their authenticity. The Organisation will not be held responsible for tickets that were not purchased at official points of sale. Any damaged ticket, or any ticket with signs of being counterfeit, will authorise the Organisation to deny access to the said ticket holder to the concert venue. The Organisation reserves the right to take any and all legal measures it deems opportune against holders of counterfeit tickets. Once the concerts have started the allowance to the venue is discretion of the organization.

1.5. Possession of a ticket does not grant its holder or third parties the right to use the ticket or its contents for purposes related to advertising, marketing or promotions (including, expressly but not exclusively, contests, gifts and/or raffles) associated with the ticket holder or third parties. Failure to comply with this point will obligate the unauthorised advertiser and/or user to pay a penalty equivalent to a thousand times the price of the most expensive ticket to the event, without affecting further claims for general damages. Furthermore, said ticket will be declared null and void immediately.

1.6 Tickets may only be purchased at points of sale expressly authorised by the Organisation.

1.7. In the event a ticket is acquired through the website www.fiberfib.com, said ticket must be printed by the purchaser (at-home print service) in an A4 or 8 ½”x11” sheet. The Organisation expressly warns that said tickets cannot be picked up at the box office. At the time of the impression it is precise to have an ink or laser printer, with at least 300 dpi quality and avoiding “the economic” function.
1.8 The Organisation warns that it has high-tech procedures in place capable of detecting any kind of photocopied or counterfeited ticket. The Organisation reserves the right to deny access to the holder of a ticket if any anomalies are detected. The detection of any fraudulent use of at-home printing tools will be persecuted in accordance with any and all legislation currently in force, including criminal liabilities.

2. SPECIAL VIP-PASS CONDITIONS
The acquisition of a VIP Pass affords the following:
• INFORMATION AND E-MAIL ASSITANCE: You will receive at home, in plenty of time, all the information about SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER: exclusive services of VIP Pass holders: information about how to get to SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER, parking services, concert schedules, maps of the venue, etc.  You are also allowed to contact vip@madrid.fiberfib.com for any queries.
• VIP PARKING: You will be able to use the VIP Parking Area exclusively for VIP Pass holders, which is right next to the VIP access.
• VIP ACCESS: VIP Passes grant the right to access the venue of SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER through an exclusive access.
• VIP GRANDSTAND AND VIP LOUNGE: The venue counts with a VIP grandstand, exclusively for the VIP Pass holders, same place where the VIP Lounge is located.

3. SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT
3.1. The Organisation reserves the right to change, modify or suspend the SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER programme at any time.
3.2. In the case of total cancellation, the Organisation will refund the full amount of the ticket. The refund, in the case of cancellation, will be made by the Organisation within a period of fifteen days following the public announcement of the cancellation. If the cancellation occurs more than half way through the show, there will be no refund at all. At any rate, the distribution cost that sales channels applicable to the price of the ticket will not be refunded by the Organisation given that the Organisation is not the recipient of this charge and this service is understood to be rendered at the time of purchasing the ticket.
3.3. The cancellation, total or partial, of SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER due to forces beyond the Organisation’s control will not lead to ticket refunds.

4. RIGHT OF ADMISSION
4.1. According to the Law 17/1997 of the Autonomous Community of Madrid, of 4 of July, regarding Public Spectacles and Recreational Activities, in order to preserve an ordered and satisfactory development of the different activities that are contained in SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER, the Organisation reserves the right of admission regarding the following conditions:

4.2. The Organisation, making use of its right of admission, and to such effect, establishes the following requisites for the admittance of minors under the age of 18 to SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER:
i) Minors may enter the venue accompanied by a legal guardian, providing documentation at the entrance proving legal guardianship with one of the following: Family Book, D.N.I. (National ID Card)/Passport of both the minor and the guardian, authorisation of legal guardianship by the Civil Guard / National Police along with the D.N.I. of both the minor and the guardian. In the case of foreigners, the corresponding and equivalent documentation from their country of origin will be required.
The legal guardian, either parents or the person in charge of the guard of the minor shall subscribe a document assuming all responsibility, direct or indirect, regarding the access of the minor to SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER. In case, anyone of the aforementioned persons refuse to sign such document, the organization of SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER will be able to deny the access from the minor to the venue.

Failing to comply with the previous requirements will not give any right to refund the price paid for the entrance of the minor.

iii) Children between the ages of 0 and 10 accompanied by their parents may enter the venue free of charge. The previous clause about the subscription of the document shall be applied to them.
iii) The Organisation may require a copy of said documentation for its files on the admittance of minors.
iv) The minor will be expulse from the venue SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER if the minor consumes alcohol or tobacco.
6.3. Upon entering the venue, attendees may be searched in accordance with standing legislation; attendees are not allowed to enter the venue with objects that might be considered dangerous by the Organisation, or that are prohibited by law, and this includes professional cameras, video cameras and recorders of any kind.
6.4. The Organisation may deny entrance, or expulse from the venue, any ticket holder who does not comply with the instructions of Organisation personnel, or who might reasonably be presumed to be heading for a high-risk or dangerous situation for the ticket holder himself and/or other attendees.
6.5. The ticket holder may be expulsed for causing disturbances, carrying drugs or for being in a state of apparent or potential intoxication, each ticket holder personally taking responsibility for any actions that might cause injury to third parties or damage to property.
6.6. In the case of expulsion or denial of entry, the ticket holder will not have the right to any kind of refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, IMAGE RIGHTS, VOICE AND NAME
5.1. All intellectual property and image rights derived, directly or indirectly, from the artistic performances and/or activities taking place as part of SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER are reserved. As such, the capturing, filming or recording of images or sounds without prior written authorisation from the Organisation is strictly forbidden and therefore the attendee might be expulsed from the venue. It is therefore forbidden the entry of photo/video cameras, and/or recording devises of any type.
5.2. Attendees consent to appearing in images or sound recordings that might be saved or recorded during the celebration of the event and afterwards might be broadcast by the organisation or other authorised by any media channels for future promotional and/or commercial distribution by SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER.

6. PERSONAL INFORMATION
We inform you that your personal information will be kept on file by MARAWORLD, S.A., and may be used for future promotions, in full accordance with MARAWORLD’s policy of dealing with personal information, as published in its website, and complying with all existing laws regarding the protection of personal information. 7. LEGAL RESERVE
The Organisation will exercise its right to take legal measures, both civil and criminal, as it deems appropriate against the perpetrators of any attempts of fraud, breaking and entering, and/or damages caused to the Organisation, directly or indirectly.

1. TU ENTRADA
1.1. La naturaleza jurídica de la entrada es la de título valor, conforme a lo dispuesto en la legislación vigente.
1.2. Existen dos (2) tipos de entradas para “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER” en Madrid:
i) Entrada Ordinaria: Otorga derecho al acceso al recinto del evento durante el sábado 19 de julio de 2008 de 18:00 horas de ese mismo día hasta las 6 a.m. del día siguiente.
ii) Entrada – Pase VIP: Otorga el mismo derecho al acceso recinto del evento y otra serie de privilegios recogidos en el punto 2 de las presentes condiciones generales.
1.3. Una vez adquirida la entrada no será cambiada ni será devuelto su importe siendo la adquisición de la misma en firme, salvo en los casos de cancelación o cambio de fecha de “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER”.
1.4. La admisión, sin perjuicio de lo reflejado en estas condiciones en cuanto al derecho de admisión, queda supeditada al hecho de disponer de la entrada completa en condiciones adecuadas. La entrada dispone de diferentes medidas de seguridad para asegurar su autenticidad. La organización no se hace responsable de las entradas que no se hayan adquirido en los puntos de venta oficiales. Toda entrada enmendada, rota, o con indicios de falsificación, autorizará al organizador a privar a su portador del acceso a la zona de conciertos reservándose la organización el derecho a emprender las medidas legales oportunas, contra cualquier tenedor de entradas enmendadas o falsas. Es potestad de la organización permitir la entrada una vez comenzado el evento.
1.5. La posesión de la entrada no da derecho a su poseedor o a terceros a utilizar la misma, o su contenido, con fines publicitarios, de marketing o de promoción (incluidos, enunciativa pero no limitativamente, concursos, regalos y/o sorteos), asociada al poseedor de la entrada o tercero. El incumplimiento de este punto obligará al anunciante y/o usuario no autorizado a hacer efectivo el pago de una sanción equivalente a mil veces el precio de la entrada de mayor importe del evento, sin perjuicio de posteriores reclamaciones por daños y perjuicios generales. Asimismo su entrada quedará anulada con carácter inmediato.
1.6. Las entradas sólo podrán ser adquiridas en puntos de venta expresamente autorizados por la organización.

1.7. En el supuesto en que se adquiera la entrada a través del sitio www.fiberfib.com, la entrada deberá ser impresa por usted mismo (Servicio Imprímelo en Casa o Print @ home) en papel A4 o 8½”x11″. La organización advierte expresamente que dichas entradas no podrán ser recogidas en taquilla. A la hora de la impresión es preciso disponer de una impresora de chorro de tinta o láser, con una calidad de al menos 300 dpi y evitando el modo “económico”.

1.8. La organización advierte que tiene implementados procedimientos técnicos capaces de detectar cualquier entrada fotocopiada o falsificada. La organización tendrá derecho a denegar el acceso al recinto del portador de la entrada en caso de detectar cualquier anomalía en la misma. La detección de cualquier uso fraudulento de la herramienta de impresión en casa será perseguida conforme a la legislación vigente, incluyendo responsabilidades de tipo penal.

2. CONDICIONES ESPECIALES PARA LA ENTRADA – PASE VIP
El hecho de adquirir un pase VIP da derecho a:
• INFOMRACIÓN Y ASISTENCIA VÍA E-MAIL: Recibirás vía e-mail, con antelación suficiente, toda la información sobre “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER”: servicios exclusivos para los poseedores del pase VIP, información sobre como llegar a “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER”, aparcamiento, lugar de recogida del pase VIP, horarios de conciertos, planos del recinto, etc. También podrás contactar con vip@madrid.fiberfib.com para consultar cualquier duda.
• PARKING VIP: Tendrás derecho a utilizar la Zona de Aparcamiento exclusiva para los poseedores de los pases VIP, próxima al acceso VIP al recinto.
• ACCESO VIP: Los pases VIP dan derecho a acceder al recinto de “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER” por un acceso exclusivo VIP.
• GRADA VIP y VIP LOUNGE: el recinto cuenta con una grada exclusiva para los poseedores del pase VIP, donde también se encuentra el VIP Lounge.

3. SUSPENSIÓN O CANCELACIÓN O ANULACIÓN DEL ACTO
3.1. La organización se reserva el derecho de alterar, modificar o suspender el programa del acto, en cualquier momento.
3.2. En caso de cancelación total, la organización se compromete a la devolución del importe del importe de la entrada. La devolución, en caso de cancelación, se podrá efectuar por la organización dentro del plazo de quince (15) días después de la fecha de comunicación pública de la cancelación. Si la cancelación se realizara una vez transcurrida más de la mitad del espectáculo, no habrá devolución alguna. No obstante, en caso que proceda devolución alguna, el coste de distribución que los canales de venta aplican al precio de la entrada, no será devuelto en ningún caso por la organización, dado que esta no es preceptora de dicho importe y que la prestación de este servicio se entiende realizada en el momento de la compra de la entrada.
3.3. La cancelación, total o parcial, de “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER” por causas de fuerza mayor en ningún caso darán lugar a la devolución del importe de la entrada.

4. DERECHO DE ADMISIÓN
4.1. Conforme a lo dispuesto en la Ley 17/1997, de 4 de julio, de Espectáculos Públicos y Actividades Recreativas de la Comunidad de Madrid, con el objeto de velar por el ordenado y satisfactorio desarrollo de las distintas actividades que se contienen en “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER 2008”, la organización se reserva el derecho de admisión en las siguientes condiciones:
4.2. La organización establece para el acceso y permanencia de los menores de 18 años a las actividades musicales de “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER” las siguientes condiciones:
i) Si el menor tiene entre 16 años y 18 y está emancipado tendrá que acreditar dicha condición e identificarse mediante DNI o pasaporte.
ii) Si es menor de 16 años o su edad está comprendida entre 16 y 18 y no está emancipado podrá acceder y permanecer en “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER” siempre que acuda acompañado de:
• Uno de sus progenitores debiendo acreditarse ambos en el momento de acceso mediante el libro de familia y sus respectivos DNI o pasaportes; o,
• Su tutor legal o un tercero mayor de edad debiendo acreditarse en el momento de acceso mediante autorización de su tutor legal o del tercero mayor de edad ante la guardia civil o policía nacional junto al DNI o pasaporte de ambos.
• Si el menor tiene menos de 14 años no será necesario que éste se acredite mediante su DNI o pasaporte.
• En el caso de extranjeros deberán acompañar los mismos documentos que procedan en su país de origen de acuerdo a las siguientes reglas: si accede acompañado de uno de sus progenitores deberá acreditarse tal situación mediante sus respectivos pasaportes y si accede acompañado de su tutor o de un tercero mayor de edad, deberán acreditarse mediante sus respectivos pasaportes y la autorización que proceda.
• Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, el padre, tutor o responsable de la guardia o custodia del menor deberá suscribir un documento asumiendo cualquier responsabilidad, directa o indirecta, relativa al acceso del menor al recinto de “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER”. En caso de que cualquiera de las citadas personas se negasen a firmar dicho documento, la organización de “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER” podrá denegar el acceso del menor al recinto del evento.
• La falta de cumplimiento de los requisitos anteriores no dará derecho a reembolso alguno del precio abonado por la entrada del menor.
iii) Los niños entre 0 y 10 años podrán entrar en “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER” acompañados de sus progenitores sin necesidad de pago alguno por la entrada. A dichos progenitores les será de aplicación la suscripción del documento a que hace referencia el epígrafe (ii) anterior.
iv) El menor será expulsado del recinto de “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER 2008” si consume bebidas alcohólicas o tabaco.
4.3. Para su acceso al recinto el público podrá ser registrado a la entrada, no permitiéndose la introducción de objetos que puedan ser considerados peligrosos por la organización o estén prohibidos por la normativa vigente, así mismo no podrán introducirse cámaras fotográficas, de vídeo o grabadoras profesionales o de cualquier otra naturaleza. En el caso de que alguna persona del público sea descubierta grabando o fijando las actividades que se desarrollan en “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER” en cualquier tipo de aparato o dispositivo podrá ser expulsada del recinto.
4.4. La organización podrá denegar el acceso o expulsar del recinto a aquellas personas que: (i) puedan provocar o hayan provocado situaciones de riesgo o peligro, alborotos o comportamientos análogos; (ii) puedan dificultar o hayan dificultado el normal desarrollo de los espectáculos; (iii) porten drogas o se encuentren según criterio de la organización en estados de intoxicación aparente o potencial; y, en todo caso, (iv) no sigan las instrucciones de la organización.
4.5. La organización en ninguno de los casos anteriores devolverá el importe satisfecho a aquellas personas a las que se les haya denegado el acceso o que sean expulsadas del recinto de “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER”.

5. DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL E IMAGEN, VOZ Y NOMBRE
5.1. Quedan reservados todos los derechos de imagen y propiedad intelectual derivados, directa o indirectamente, de las presentaciones artísticas o cualesquiera otras que dieran lugar con motivo de la celebración de “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER”. Por lo tanto, queda terminantemente prohibida la captación, filmación o grabación de imágenes o sonidos sin la previa autorización escrita del organizador. Se prohíbe, por tanto, la entrada de cámaras de fotos, video y/o aparatos de grabación de cualquier tipo, así como cualquier objeto que la organización considere peligroso en el entorno del evento (pirotecnia, armas, botellas, objetos de cristal, punteros láser, etc.,…).
5.2. El tenedor de la entrada que accediese al recinto de “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER” consiente y autoriza de manera expresa e inequívoca que su imagen y voz pueden fijarse en soportes durante la celebración del citado evento y posteriormente pueden ser difundidas por la organización o tercero autorizado en cualesquiera medios de comunicación para la difusión promocional y/o comercial de “SATURDAY NIGHT FIBER”.

6. DATOS PERSONALES
Te informamos de que tus datos de carácter personal quedarán recogidos en un fichero titularidad de MARAWORLD, S.A. y podrán ser utilizados para futuras promociones, todo ello de conformidad con la política de tratamiento de datos de carácter personal de MARAWORLD publicada en su página web, y cumpliéndose, en todo caso, la normativa vigente sobre protección de datos de carácter personal. 7. RESERVA LEGAL

iii) 3-Day ticket: Grants the right to access the concert area on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as the right to access one of the Festival’s camping areas between July 12th and 19st, 2009.
iv) 4-Day Ticket: Grants the right to access the concert area on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as the right to access one of the Festival’s camping areas between July 12th and 19st  2010.
v) VIP Pass: Grants the right to access the concert area on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as the right to access one of the Festival’s camping areas between July 12th and 19st, 2010. Additionally, the VIP Pass grants a series of privileges outlined in points 3 and 4 of these conditions.
However, the Organisation reserves the right to put new kinds of tickets on sale that are not outlined in this point. In any case, said tickets would be subject to the general conditions of ticket sales and access to FIB Heineken 2010 described in this document.

2. Regarding the ticket and its exchange for a wristband:
2.1. The ticket must be exchanged for a wristband upon arriving at the FIB Heineken venue. Tickets can be exchanged for wristbands in the camping areas and the main entrance of the concert venue.
2.2. The Organisation will not be held responsible for the care and maintenance of the wristband once issued; the bearer of the wristband will be solely responsible for its care and maintenance. Damaged or broken wristbands will not be admitted. The wristbands are resilient but not unbreakable.
2.3. Once the ticket has been exchanged for a wristband in a designated area, the wristband becomes the element that certifies acquired rights. The loss of the wristband will translate into the loss of the right of admission. The Organisation warns that manipulated, damaged or broken wristbands will not be admitted. If one leaves the venue, one’s wristband must be perfectly in tact in order to re-enter.

3. Camping-area access:
3.1. The 2-Day, 3-Day and 4-Day Tickets, as well as VIP tickets, grant the right to use the FIB Heineken camping grounds. 2-Day Tickets grant camping rights for two days, either July 15 and 16 or July 17 and 18. All the others grant camping rights from Monday, July 12, to Tuesday, July 19, (nine days and eight nights). 1-Day Tickets do not grant camping-ground rights.
3.2. In order to access the camping areas, you must first exchange your ticket for your wristband when you arrive to Benicàssim, since you will not be allowed to set up camp without it.

4. Special VIP-Pass conditions:
4.1. Upon arriving at the FIB Heineken venue, you will pick up your VIP Pass in the Accreditations Office.
• When you pick up your VIP Pass in the Accreditations Office, we will give you a Welcome Pack with an FIB Heineken programme and official merchandise.
• You will be able to use the VIP Parking Area exclusively for VIP Pass holders, which is right next to the Accreditations Office and has a direct access to the VIP Lounge, without queues.
• The VIP Passes grant access to the FIB Heineken concert venue on July 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th 2009.
4.2. The VIP Passes grant the right to use one of the Festival’s camping areas from Monday, July 12th, to Tuesday, July 19st (9 days, 8 nights).

5. Suspension or cancellation of the event:

5.1. The Organisation reserves the right to change, modify or suspend the FIB Heineken programme at any time.
5.2. In the event of a total cancellation, the Organisation will take all reasonable measures to accommodate ticket holders with new dates for the FIB Heineken.
5.3. In case of any ticket refund from the Organisation, the distribution cost that sales channels apply to the price of the ticket will not be refunded by the Organisation given that the Organisation is not the recipient of this charge and this service is understood to be rendered at the time of purchasing the ticket.
5.4. The cancellation, total or partial, of FIB Heineken due to forces beyond the Organisation’s control will not lead to ticket refunds.

6. Right of admission:
6.1. The Organisation reserves the right of admission.
6.2. The Organisation, making use of its right of admission, and to such effect, establishes the following requisites for the admittance of minors under the age of 18 to FIB Heineken:
i) Minors may enter the venue accompanied by a legal guardian, providing documentation at the entrance proving legal guardianship with one of the following: Family Book, D.N.I. (National ID Card)/Passport of both the minor and the guardian, authorisation of legal guardianship by the Civil Guard / National Police along with the D.N.I. of both the minor and the guardian. In the case of foreigners, the corresponding and equivalent documentation from their country of origin will be required.
The legal guardian, either parents or the person in charge of the guard of the minor shall subscribe a document assuming all responsibility, direct or indirect, regarding the access of the minor to FIB Heineken. In case, anyone of the aforementioned persons refuses to sign this document, the organization of FIB Heineken will be able to deny the access from the minor to the venue.

Failing to comply with the previous requirements will not give any right to refund the price paid for the entrance of the minor.

ii) Children between the ages of 0 and 10 accompanied by their parents may enter the venue free of charge. The previous clause about the subscription of the document shall be also applied to them.
iii) The Organisation may require a copy of said documentation for its files on the admittance of minors.
6.3. Upon entering the venue, attendees may be searched in accordance with standing legislation; attendees are not allowed to enter the venue with objects that might be considered dangerous by the Organisation, or that are prohibited by law, and this includes professional cameras, video cameras and recorders of any kind.
6.4. The Organisation may deny entrance, or expulse from the venue, any ticket holder who does not comply with the instructions of Organisation personnel, or who might reasonably be presumed to be heading for a high-risk or dangerous situation for the ticket holder himself and/or other attendees.
6.5. The ticket holder may be expulsed for causing disturbances, carrying drugs or for being in a state of apparent or potential intoxication, each ticket holder personally taking responsibility for any actions that might cause injury to third parties or damage to property.
6.6. In the case of expulsion or denial of entry, the ticket holder will not have the right to any kind of refund.

7. Intellectual property and image rights:
7.1. All intellectual property and image rights derived, directly or indirectly, from the artistic performances and/or activities taking place as part of FIB Heineken are reserved. As such, the capturing, filming or recording of images or sounds without prior written authorisation from the Organisation is strictly forbidden.
7.2. Attendees consent to appearing in images taken by authorised media channels for future promotional and/or commercial distribution by FIB Heineken.

8. Personal information:
We inform you that your personal information will be kept on file by MARAWORLD, S.A., and may be used for future promotions, in full accordance with MARAWORLD’s policy of dealing with personal information, as published in its website, and complying with all existing laws regarding the protection of personal information. Participants may exercise their right to oppose, access, rectify and/or cancel this at the following address:

9. Legal reserve:
The Organisation will exercise its right to take legal measures, both civil and criminal, as it deems appropriate against the perpetrators of any attempts of fraud, breaking and entering, and/or damages caused to the Organisation, directly or indirectly.

10. Admission
In accordance with article 23.3 of Law 4/2003, regarding Shows and Public Establishments and Recreational Activities in the Regional Government of Valencia, MARAWORLD, S.A. (the Organisation), with company tax code A-81670275 and registered domicile at Calle de Preciados 27, 2º piso, Madrid 28012, as the organiser of the fifteenth edition of the International Benicàssim Festival (FIB Heineken), establishes the following:

CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

1.- With regard to anything not specifically regulated in these conditions of admission, the terms established in the General Conditions of Tickets Sales for FIB Heineken as well as regional and state legislation will be applied. These conditions are applicable to both the concert venue and camping grounds, regardless of the fact that the Organisation has established another set of conditions for the use of its camping grounds as well.

2.- People attending FIB Heineken are responsible for adopting precautionary health measures during the concerts taking place in the venue and, as such, will refrain from prolonged proximity to the speakers and sound systems.
3.- The Organisation can deny access to, or expel from, FIB Heineken any person who does not follow the instructions of the Organisation’s personnel.
4.- Disorderly conduct, the possession of illegal drugs, or an apparent or potential state of intoxication are just causes for the denial of entry to, or the expulsion from, FIB Heineken. Anyone who is expelled will be responsible, in all cases, for his or her actions and omissions causing injury to third parties or damage to property.
5.- Expulsion from FIB Heineken for any of the reasons outlined in these conditions of admission will not give the expelled party the right to a refund for the price paid for ticket.
6.- Minors aged 16 and 17 may enter the FIB Heineken venue in accordance with the stipulations of article 28.1 b) of Law 4/2003, the consumption of alcohol and tobacco being prohibited in all cases.

The Organisation reserves the right to establish controls and verification measures for the strict compliance of the previously mentioned prohibitions. As such, the Organisation will expel any minor caught drinking alcohol or smoking from FIB Heineken.
7.- Minors under the age of 16 may enter FIB Heineken accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. In order for the Organisation to grant entrance to minors under the age of 16, some of the following documents must be presented, depending on the case: the minor’s libro de familia, the National ID Cards or passports of the minor and the accompanying adult, the authorisation of legal guardianship issued by either the Civil Guard or the National Police along with the National ID Cards of both the minor and accompanying adult. In the case of foreigners, the equivalents of these documents in their countries of origin must be presented.
In additions to the previously stated, the parent or legal guardian of the minor will be required to sign a document assuming all responsibility, direct or indirect, for the entrance of the minor to FIB Heineken. In the event that a parent or legal guardian refuses to sign this document, the Organisation reserves the right to deny entry of the minor to the concert venue.
The failure of a parent or legal guardian to comply with the obligations relating to the responsible protection and custodianship of a minor will authorise the Organisation to expel said adult and the accompanying minor from the venue.

The failure to comply with the previously mentioned requisites will not give the individual in question the right to a refund for the price paid for ticket.
8.- Attendees may be searched in accordance with current legislation; entering the venue with objects considered dangerous by the Organisation or prohibited by law is forbidden (to name a few: fireworks, arms, bottles glass objects, laser pointers, etc.).
9.- All image and intellectual-property rights derived, directly or indirectly, from the artistic performances or any other activities taking place as part of the celebration of FIB Heineken are reserved. The capturing, filming or recording of images and sounds without prior written authorisation from the Organisation is strictly prohibited. As such, it is also prohibited to enter the venue with cameras, video cams or recording devices of any kind.
10.- People attending FIB Heineken expressly and unequivocally consent to and authorise that their images and voices might be captured by media channels during the celebration of said event, and may later be broadcast by the Organisation or authorised third parties in any media channel deemed appropriate for the promotional and/or commercial purposes of FIB Heineken.

Yes, tickets will be sold at the box office. At least 5% of the one-day tickets (in the event all other kinds of tickets have been sold out) for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday have been reserved for box-office sales. Each lot of these reserved tickets will be on sale on their corresponding days.

2.- How are nominal tickets picked up?

By name-specific tickets we mean tickets which have been purchased with a credit card and are therefore in the name of the cardholder. If the ticket is to be picked up by the same person who purchased it, he/she must present his/her national ID card. In the event that the ticket is to be picked up by someone other than the person who purchased it, he/she must present (in addition to his/her national ID card) written authorisation from the cardholder and a copy of the cardholder’s national ID card or passport.

3.- When and where should Festival tickets be picked up?

The ticket service you use to purchase your ticket will inform you of the steps you must take to get your ticket in the timeliest manner – and, if possible, have it sent to your home. Try not to arrive to Benicàssim without your ticket so as to avoid unnecessary and bothersome waits and delays.

4.- What do I do if I have not received my ticket by the time I have to leave for Benicàssim?

Contact the ticket service you used to purchase your ticket and follow the instructions provided.

5.- What kinds of tickets include Festival camping-ground rights?

Two-day, three-day and four-day tickets. Two-day tickets – for Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday – include camping-ground rights from 10:00 am on the first day until 7:00 pm on the day after the second day. For example, if you purchase a two-day ticket for Friday the 16th and Saturday the 17th of July, you may check in to the camping area at 10:00 am on the 16th, and you must leave by 7:00 pm on the 18th.

Three-day and four-day tickets include camping-ground rights from Monday the 12th to Monday the 19th of July. The camping grounds must be vacated before 12:00 noon on Tuesday the 20st.

6.- Do I need my wristband in order to access the camping area?

Yes, you must show your wristband to use the camping areas. You must present either a national ID card or passport in order to have your wristband and to gain entrance to the Concert Venue. Without photo identification, you will not be allowed to have your wristband and enter the Venue.

7.- Do I have the right to have the amount of my ticket refunded?

Once a ticket has been purchased, it can not be changed or refunded, as all ticket sales are final, except in the case of cancellation or date changes on the part of FIB Heineken.

8.- What happens if I lose my ticket or it is stolen?

In the event you lose your ticket, you must send your full name, the name of the ticket service you used to purchase your ticket, the date of purchase, and the kind of ticket you purchased to ticket@fiberfib.com in order to be issued a new ticket. In the event your ticket is stolen, you must send the same information to the same e-mail address, and you must present the stolen property report as well as provide us with a copy of the stolen property report for our files.

9.- If I have won a ticket in a contest but can not attend, can someone else go in my place?

No, tickets won through contests are personal and non-transferable.

10.- Upgrading three-day or four-day tickets to VIP tickets:

In order to upgrade a three-day or four-day ticket to a VIP ticket, you must send the following information to ticket@fiberfib.com:

* They type of ticket you have
* The ticket service you used to purchase said ticket

Then we will contact you to offer you the different ways you can obtain a VIP ticket, and we will give you instructions on how to pick up your VIP ticket at the Accreditations Office.

11.- If I have won a double upgrade from a three-day or four-day ticket to VIP tickets, does my companion need a ticket?

Yes. The winners of double upgrades from three-day or four-day tickets to VIP tickets can only apply the second upgrade to a ticket holder. These upgrades are not free tickets, but rather improvements on tickets already held.

12.- Can minors enter the Festival venue?

Yes, as long as the requirements specified by the organisation in section 6.2 of the general conditions of ticket sales are met –link to conditions- and the authorisation, which can be download at –link to pdf download-, has been filled out by the minor’s father, mother or legal guardian.

13.- Problems arising during the ticket-purchase process through fiberfib.com:

Should any problems arise during the process of purchasing your ticket – loss of your confirmation pdf, computer malfunction, termination of e-mail account, etc. – all you have to do is send your full name, the name of the ticket service you used to purchase your ticket, the date you purchased your ticket and the kind of ticket you purchased to ticket@fiberfib.com and we will resolve the problem.
