  • Animals (Except PMRs)
  • Flags poles
  • Big backpacks (fabric backpack and small bags are permitted).

BAGS IN ARENA -SECURITY

Small bags are allowed into the festival arena with the maximum dimensions of W21cm x H30cm x D8cm (A4 Size).

Bags will be searched on entry to the arena so to avoid lengthy queues we strongly advise that you do not bring a bag.

Large bags are not allowed to be taken into the festival arena. There is no cloakroom.

Bags must not be left at entrances or surrounding areas. Any items left will be removed and disposed of accordingly.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience when entering the festival.

FOOD

If you’re hungry the festival’s food stalls cater for all tastes with a range of burgers, pizzas, traditional fare, creperies as well international food, vegetarian options, vegan and gluten free.

BARS

There are bars throughout the arena offering a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. 

MARKET

The festival market where you’ll find a range of stalls selling clothes and accessories, sunglasses, bags, backpacks, hats, tattoos and more.  

REST AREAS

There are several rest areas where you can take a break between shows, have a bite to eat and drink, or just soak in the atmosphere.

FIBSHOP

The Festival has an official shop where you can buy Official Festival and Artist’ merchandise.

 There are two points of sale on site:

  • ‍A small shop in the Hall area outside the gates to the Arena that sells Official Festival merchandise.
  • The main shop situated inside the Arena that sells Official Festival and Artist’ merchandise

Info points

If you need help at any time or have a question, you can visit one of our Info Points situated in the "Hall" area by the main entrance and Inside the Arena.

COMING SOON

Medical Assistance

There are Medical Points staffed by medics in the arena, including in the pits of the main stages to deal with any situation that may arise.

If you or anyone you see has an urgent problem and you’re not sure where to find your nearest Medical Point, don’t waste any time and ask for help from the nearest member of security. They’ll take charge of locating them quickly and taking you there if necessary.

If you need to keep medicines refrigerated, you can do so at the Medical Points in the Rest Area in the Arena or in the campsites. Bring the documentation from your doctor with you and ask your doctor if you have any doubts about your needs.

Lost property

  • If you have lost anything please go to the Lost Property Office, located in the "Hall" area outside the main Arena entrance.
  • If you find any lost property, please take it to your closest Info Point.

We strongly recommend that you:

  • Do NOT bring any valuables to the Festival or the campsites.
  • Use the locker service provided and lock anything away that is important (plane tickets, passport, bus     tickets, etc).
  • Always carry a photocopy of your passport or ID and leave the original in your locker.

Security

One of our main objectives at FIB is that you enjoy your time with us and you can do so in a safe environment.

That’s why we have an easily identifiable and professional team charged with ensuring security for all.

Don’t hesitate in going to them for any assistance you might need.

Drinking Water

There is a drinking fountain available in the passage from the main Arena entrance on the left. Stay hydrated and drink lots of water while in the Arena.

Toilets

There are numerous toilets in the Arena for your comfort.

Disabled toilets are situated close to the disabled viewing stands at the two main stages. If you need help ask the person looking after the access to the stands.

COMING SOON

VIOLET POINT

As part of our continued commitment to eradicate all types of gender violence and sexist behaviour, we are introducing “Violet Points” in the arena and Campfest.

If you witness or suffer any type of sexist abuse, behaviour or intimidation anywhere during your stay at the festival you can visit the Violet Point where you will be able to speak with Red Cross trained staff and volunteers.

The staff will be on hand to provide appropriate help, support, counsel and advice in a safe, confidential and comfortable environment.

However please remember if you are experiencing or witnessing abuse of any nature you should always go immediately to the closest member of security, Police or to your nearest medical point for immediate assistance. Do not wait to get help or report it.

We also remind you that there are trained staff at all medical points throughout the festival.

There is NO justification for sexual harassment, abuse or sexist behaviour and any attendee found to have committed such behaviour will be dealt with immediately using all powers that the law provides.

If you experience it at the festival, during your stay or just want to speak to someone our team at the Violet Point are there for you.
